Anxious Generation Book Study

Anxious Generation Book Study

Join the conversation as we dive into Jonathan Haidt's groundbreaking exploration of the youth mental health crisis in this engaging group study sponsored by Stillwater Community Education. Together, we’ll unpack the societal shifts behind skyrocketing anxiety and depression in Gen Z, discuss the impact of smartphones and social media, and explore practical strategies for fostering resilience. Whether you're a parent, educator, or simply passionate about mental health, this study offers insights and actionable solutions to support the next generation. This is a three-part book discussion with sessions meeting on Tuesday, April 22, Thursday, May 8, and Thursday, May 22 from 6-7 PM.
