DESCRIPTION:Join the conversation as we dive into Jonathan Haidt's 
 groundbreaking exploration of the youth mental health crisis in this 
 engaging group study sponsored by Stillwater Community Education. 
 Together\, we’ll unpack the societal shifts behind skyrocketing anxiety 
 and depression in Gen Z\, discuss the impact of smartphones and social 
 media\, and explore practical strategies for fostering resilience. Whether 
 you're a parent\, educator\, or simply passionate about mental health\, 
 this study offers insights and actionable solutions to support the next 
 generation. This is a three-part book discussion with sessions meeting on 
 Tuesday\, April 22\, Thursday\, May 8\, and Thursday\, May 22 from 6-7 
 PM.\n\nRegistration opens March 3 at 8:00 a.m. \n\nBooks will be 
 distributed for checkout exclusively to registered participants starting 
 April 1 at the Central Services office located at 1875 South Greeley Street 
 in Stillwater.  Office hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
