Supports for Living in the Unknown Online

While we understand that the world is always changing, this time the change came very rapidly and uninvited. Our minds have been dominated by the pandemic, vaccines, racial injustice, the return to offices and our lives have been altered. This is testing our stamina, our spirit, and our resilience. This session will help raise awareness of emotional fatigue, decision fatigue, anxiety and grief and we will look at resources, coping strategies and helpful tools.

Presenter: Carol Nagele-Vitalis brings experience working in mental health, 25 years of Organization Development and Human Resource experience; a master’s degree in organizational management and development from Fielding University and a bachelor’s degree in social work from St. Thomas University. Her specialties include resiliency education, communication, healthy teams and leadership. She also taught as an adjunct in the School of Public Health at University of Minnesota. Currently she directs the Organizational Services Program for Sand Creek Employee Assistance Program.
