Anxiety, Stress, and Coping - Live Zoom (teens) Online

"Anxiety, Stress, and Coping" is a one hour class for middle and high school students that talks about where stress and anxiety come from, positive coping strategies for stress and anxiety, when anxiety may actually be an anxiety disorder, and where to get help. A question and answer opportunity will follow the presentation. Geared for teens, parents and caregivers.

Registration required. This program will be presented in real-time via Zoom. An email will be sent after registration with the Zoom meeting details. If you are new to Zoom, see these instructions on how to get started.
