Sprouting provides fresh, locally grown, high biological quality, and superior nutrition in foods that you "grow" in your own home. In this class, you will learn easy and reliable methods of sprouting and growing microgreens indoors, and a simple way to make sauerkraut.  You will also learn the specifics of sprouting many of the popular grains, legumes, nuts, etc. Don Slinger has been sprouting and fermenting foods for nearly 50 years.
