In this class at Lake Elmo Library, Nirav Sheth will discuss the extraordinary effect meditation has to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. A simple, yet powerful meditation technique that can enrich one’s life personally, professionally and spiritually will also be presented.
