A $10,000 video editing suite can do a lot for your videos, but you don't need that much investment to boost the look and appeal of your videos. In this class at Park Grove Library, we'll take a look at some cheap or free apps that will help you edit and deliver good video on a low budget. Please bring a device with a video camera.
