How can you show and explain how animals in the tundra work together? This week-long class will blend science and art through a focus on ecosystems and the Japanese art form of origami. We will learn about the producers, herbivores, omnivores, carnivores, and decomposers of tundras. In addition, we will focus on terms including ecosystem, population, biome, niche, and habitat. Our week will end in the creation of an effective museum display to showcase our work for the patrons of Park Grove Library.

Join us in learning how organisms within an ecosystem interact and depend on one another. You might even learn a bit about yourself and your community in the process. Ages 10-12. Registration is required, and participants must sign-up for all five days.You will receive additional information upon registration.
