Hybrid: Third Thursday Night Adult Book Club
This book club will be held virtually and in person, hosted by Washington County Library. This month's selection, in honor of Banned Books Week, is the "Classic" Of Mice and Men, by John Steinbeck.
Summary: In depression-era California, two migrant workers dream of better days when they own a farm of their own until an act of unintentional violence leads to tragic consequences. A tragic tale of a developmentally disabled man and a friend who loves and tries to protect him.
