Wellness: Physical Activity and Mindfulness
Join us at Park Grove Library for a one-hour interactive workshop on how physical activity and mindfulness contribute to wellness. The program will include a discussion, educational resources, and more. This program is presented by NAMI Minnesota, the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
