The Art of Stenciling with Viva Musica
Flex those painting, stamping and pattern making muscles with Viva Musica at Lake Elmo Library. Stenciling, one of the simplest methods of duplication and most consistent art forms throughout the ages, can be found in fine art, home decor, fabric making and fashion. In this class we will explore and learn basic stencil making skills, and walk you through the exact steps of the stenciling process, allowing you time to practice your technique. Utilize your new found stenciling skills to create your very own stencils. Along with making stencils, we will have some pre-made stencils on hand that you can use to create your own unique masterpiece. Your new frameable piece of finished art is only limited by your imagination.
