Author Visit! Caren Stelson
The Wildwood Wednesday Afternoon Book Club is thrilled to welcome Caren Stelson, the author of Sachiko: A Nagasaki Bomb Survivor's Story. Caren's book tells the story of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki through the eyes of Sachiko Yasui, who was six when the devastation was wrought, describing her experiences in the aftermath of the attack as well as her long journey to find peace. This event is free and open to the public.
Meetings for Wildwood Library's Wednesday Afternoon Book Club are held on the second Wednesday each month at 2 p.m. Our group reads a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles. New members are always welcome! Find more book clubs on our website.
