Moments That Matter – a Dementia-Friendly Dinner hosted by FamilyMeans

Moments That Matter celebrates people living with dementia (Alzheimer’s disease or other conditions that affect memory and thinking) and the people who walk beside them. If that describes you, you are invited to this gathering for a good meal, soothing music, and a chance to simply be together at an event designed with you in mind. Understanding helpers will be present to offer support so that every person feels seen, respected, and included.

Registration is required. Each pair (person living with memory loss and a care partner) that registers will receive further event details from FamilyMeans, a nonprofit organization that provides supportive services for caregivers and older adults. When registering a pair (person living with memory loss and a care partner) submit 1 registration. We will follow-up with event information and request the second person's information at that time.

This event is funded under an award with Trellis as part of the Older Americans Act.
