Aging Well: Critical Conversations
Join us for "Critical Conversations to Start and Documents You Need to Know." We all like to plan and be prepared for situations, but how much time and thought have you put into your own aging? It is important to initiate those difficult conversations, gather the right documents, understand changing roles, and learn more about the resources that can help us all age with purpose and understanding. Jenny West, a Community Educator from FamilyMeans, will be here to lead the discussion.
