Music Together Storytime

Children’s librarians recommend five activities to support early literacy development: talking, reading, writing, playing and singing. In this special musical story time, Music Together will be focusing on the last two: playing and singing. Music Together is an early childhood music and movement program that brings families together in a warm, supportive environment with the goal of having everyone feel comfortable singing, dancing and jamming. Because young children learn best from the powerful role models in their lives, Music Together shows parents and caregivers how to help their children become confident, lifelong music-makers—just by having fun making music themselves. So be sure to bring your child or children—and your willingness to have fun!

This storytime will have unique content from our Tuesday storytime, and you are welcome to attend either or both.

This is an in-person, indoor program. Registration is not required.
