Overview of a healthy lifestyle, recap of lessons in: how to achieve amazing sleep, relaxation medicine, home exercise program tenants, and the value of social connections. Plus, positive intention setting and manifesting/planning the healthy, happy and fit lifestyle you want!
Join Dr. Ashley LaBore, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Owner of Align Optimal Wellness, as she guides you through research-based healthy lifestyle tenants, “life hacks” and every-dayhabits that will BEST serve you! This interactive workshop is for anyone who is looking at prevention of injury and illness and wants to live a healthy lifestyle now and into the FUTURE! There will be a gentle movement component as well as education and interactive discussion. All are welcome and invited to enjoy this journey together, and you are SURE to learn something new and have some fun! Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen. FREE and for all!
