Who should take this course?

Week 1: May 6th

Overview of a healthy lifestyle and how to eliminate pain. Plus, A deep dive into achieving amazing sleep and “rest & digest”

(aka relaxation medicine)

Week 2: May 13th 

Overview of Healthy Lifestyle and how to attain aerobic exercise, strength training and a movement program designed for you to do at home. PLUS an introduction to beginner level mat Pilates!

Week 3: May 20th 

Overview of a healthy lifestyle and the value of social connections and support systems. More Balance, less stress, happier and more joyful relationships, "repotting" relationships, and cultivating deep connections.

Week 4: May 27th

Overview of a healthy lifestyle, recap of lessons in: how to achieve amazing sleep, relaxation medicine, home exercise program tenants, and the value of social connections. Plus, positive intention setting and manifesting/planning the healthy, happy and fit lifestyle you want! 

 

Join Dr. Ashley LaBore, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Owner of Align Optimal Wellness, as she guides you through research-based healthy lifestyle tenants, “life hacks” and every-day habits that will BEST serve you! This interactive workshop is for anyone who is looking at prevention of injury and illness and wants to live a healthy lifestyle now and into the FUTURE! There will be a gentle movement component as well as education and interactive discussion. All are welcome and invited to enjoy this journey together, and you are SURE to learn something new and have some fun! Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen. FREE and for all!
