F1RST Wrestling: LIVE!
You come to the library because you love stories. Most days here, you see stories play out on the page via the written word. Not today! Today you will see stories unfold before you told through professional wrestling. Prepare yourself for heroes and villains, for teamwork and acts of heroism, for treachery and double-crossing. Step aside, Shakespeare, because today our stories come from F1RST WRESTLING!
This program will feature educational tales from the wrestlers about the history of professional wrestling in the state of Minnesota, as well as stories about F1rst Wrestling as a Minnesotan institution, interspersed with entertaining professional wrestling matches. This program will take place on Oakdale Library's back lawn, for all ages, and registration is not required. Bring lawn chairs and sunscreen and join us for an afternoon of fun!
This program is presented by F1RST Wrestling and funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
