STEM Thursday: Electricity and Lewis Latimer
In this special Black History Month program at R.H. Stafford Library, students will learn about Lewis Latimer, an inventor who helped create the first light bulbs. Then, we will explore circuitry principles to make our own light-up inventions.
This program is for children ages 7 to 12, and registration is required. We will not make exceptions to the age limits to ensure the best learning experience for everyone.
This program is also offered on Sunday, February 23. Please register each child only once, at whichever time best suits your schedule.
