Laura Purdie Salas Presents: Story of the Loon
Local Minnesota Book Award-winning author Laura Purdie Salas will share two of her picture books about loons at Lake Elmo Library. During this loony storytime, children will learn about the artistic process of writing and illustrating picture books and all about our state bird. Come ready to talk, walk, and fly like a loon. Best for ages 3-10.
This program is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
